The hotel is conveniently located close to major tourist spots while offering a secluded atmosphere. Rooms are dark, dated, and not well-stocked, with some cleanliness issues. The service was a mixed experience, with some staff being kind and accommodating, but encountering communication barriers and unpleasant encounters with cleaning staff. The dining options were limited, and guests were required to bring their own kitchen supplies. Despite these drawbacks, the location is great for accessing key attractions.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were convenient with a kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and ample cabinets, but the noise from the breakfast area was a bit bothersome. It was a letdown that the empty cupboards weren't fully stocked, and the timing of housekeeping inquiries felt intrusive. The service had its ups and downs, being near International Drive was handy, and the staff courteous overall, even if communications were sometimes a challenge. However, there were instances of feeling unappreciated and disrespected despite helping out willingly. The location was excellent for accessing various attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World, albeit a bit far from Disney. The breakfast setup lacked variety beyond carbs, but the presence of on-site parking and WiFi was a plus. The solely toaster waffles and packaged muffins left a lot to be desired, and a lack of fruit was notable. The hotel's swimming area was a nice spot to unwind.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the dining options were somewhat limited. The location was convenient, and the pool set up was nice.
